Invest in getting a website for your practice.  It's the single most important piece of marketing you can do.

Focus on compelling content more than fancy design.
Include at least 2 ways for visitors to get something of immediate value from you that addresses their problem -- such as free articles or a blog to read right on your site, and something for them to request by giving you their email address.

Include at least 2 interactive items to create curiosity -- such as an audio of tips for them to hear, a PowerPoint presentation / video for them to watch, or a quiz to take that send them their results or has a self-scoring component.

When your website has these things, then sign up for listings on locator directors and include your website address in your listing.
Create "products" to give-away and to sell -- such as special 2-4 page written reports, short how-to booklets, ebooks, CDs, etc.Write promotional "blurbs" on these products for your website.

Get an email service with capability to send autoresponders -- so that when people request your free product, it is sent immediately without having to manually do that.

Install a payment system into your website -- so that when people want to buy your product, they can pay right there (if you make them wait, they often won't).

Start experimenting with how to reach groups of idel clients at one time -- such as by doing workshops or tele-classes.
Add audio (or even video) testimonials to your website.

Offer an ongoing group that meets in virtual reality --- to broaden your geographic reach.

Start thinking in terms of operating marketing campaigns rather than doing several, random, disconnected marketing activities.

Productize your knowledge in a bigger way -- such as by developing substantial ebooks or homestudy courses.

Learn and use several passive or residual means of having multiple income streams.
